Sound Proofing

So far the research I've been going into has dealt with Soundproofing. From the looks of it there are two ways to do soundproofing. The first is in the actual installation of the Drywall you can put sound bars (which seems to be an acoustics clamp or attached to a metal bar along with the soundproofing material inside the wall frame. The second way is to attach soundproofing foam to the wall so instead of not seeing the dry wall, the wall is plastered/stapled/any other attachment method with this

Still trying to get the exact dates of the internship, the hours of work for my contact is 12-12 and I woke up late...again and again.
